Pineapple and Spinach Morning Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Green Giant Chopped Spinach
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ banana (for natural sweetness)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • ¾ cup coconut water, almond milk, or water
  • Ice cubes (if needed, for extra chill)
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Cook the spinach first per package instruction. Then let cool.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust—add more liquid if too thick or extra pineapple if you want more sweetness.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
