Bacon, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Bowls

Start the morning right by replacing your regular potato tots with a serving of veggies with Green Giant® Veggie Tots®

  1. Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook spinach 5 minutes or until wilted. Remove and keep warm.
  2. Add tomatoes to same skillet and cook 5 minutes or until beginning to burst, shaking skillet occasionally. Remove and keep warm.
  3. Add eggs to same skillet and cook to desired doneness, stirring occasionally.
  4. Arrange Green Giant® Veggie Tots® Cauliflower Cheese & Bacon in 4 bowls. Divide eggs, spinach and tomato into bowls. Sprinkle with cheese and drizzle with sriracha, if desired.
