Preheat oven to 425°F.
Shape ground beef into 8 patties. Top 4 patties with 1 tablespoon shredded cheese, place remaining 4 patties on top and seal edges.
Arrange burgers on on side of parchment lined baking sheet. Top each burger with 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce. Bake 8 minutes.
Arrange Green Giant® Veggie Rings® Cauliflower French Onion on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes or until golden and burgers are done.
Top burgers with remaining cheese and bake 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
Top burgers with lettuce and tomato.
