- Prepare the corn on the cob according to the package directions.
- When done, place on a platter or sheet pan to cool.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13-inch pan with nonstick spray.
- Once cool enough to handle, cut the corn kernels from the cob and place them in a large bowl.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs and pepper. Pour into the bowl of corn.
- Then add the cheese, stuffing mixes and melted butter to the bowl and stir until well blended.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Cover and bake for 40-50 minutes or until set.
