- Riced Cauliflower Loaded “Potato” Salad Recipe
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 (12 oz.) package Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower, cooked, drained and cooled
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 green onions, chopped
Combine mayonnaise, olive oil and vinegar in large bowl.
Stir in Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower, bacon, cheese and green onion until evenly coated.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with additional bacon, cheese and green onion, if desired.
