One Skillet “Egg Roll” in a Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken or turkey
  • 1 (10-ounce) package Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower, thawed and drained
  • 2 cups coleslaw
  • 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash® Original Blend
  • 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey
  • Boston lettuce
  • Optional Toppings: shredded cabbage or carrots, green onions, peanuts and/or Sriracha

Directions

  1. Cook chicken, Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower, coleslaw, Mrs. Dash® Original Blend and ginger in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and 8 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
  2. Stir in soy sauce, vinegar and honey and cook 3 minutes or until heated through. Arrange lettuce leaves in bowls, add chicken mixture and toppings.
  3. Sprinkle with additional Mrs. Dash, if desired.
