Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chicken or turkey
- 1 (10-ounce) package Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower, thawed and drained
- 2 cups coleslaw
- 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash® Original Blend
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1-2 tablespoons honey
- Boston lettuce
- Optional Toppings: shredded cabbage or carrots, green onions, peanuts and/or Sriracha
Directions
- Cook chicken, Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower, coleslaw, Mrs. Dash® Original Blend and ginger in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and 8 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
- Stir in soy sauce, vinegar and honey and cook 3 minutes or until heated through. Arrange lettuce leaves in bowls, add chicken mixture and toppings.
- Sprinkle with additional Mrs. Dash, if desired.
