Mediterranean Riced Cauliflower

Deeps flavors from simple ingredients. Mrs. Dash kicks this Mediterranean style dish up a notch.

  1. Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook onion 4 minutes or until softened and beginning to brown. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
  2. Stir in Green Giant® Riced Cauliflower and Mrs. Dash® Original Blend cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until vegetables are tender. Stir in artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes and cook 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in oregano and top with feta cheese.
  4. Sprinkle with additional Mrs. Dash, if desired.
