Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 (10-ounce) package Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower, thawed and drained
- 2 to 3 teaspoons Mrs. Dash® Original Blend
- 1/3 cup chopped artichoke hearts
- 1/3 cup sundried tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
- 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
Directions
- Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook onion 4 minutes or until softened and beginning to brown. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
- Stir in Green Giant® Riced Cauliflower and Mrs. Dash® Original Blend cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until vegetables are tender. Stir in artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes and cook 2 minutes.
- Stir in oregano and top with feta cheese.
- Sprinkle with additional Mrs. Dash, if desired.
