Maple Spiced Cauliflower Oatmeal Recipe

Add cauliflower to all your favorite meals including breakfast! This simple recipe blends cauliflower in with your McCann’s Irish Oats- you will not believe that the cauliflower is even there!

INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 cups almond or your favorite milk

1 cup Green Giant® Riced Veggies – Cauliflower, thawed and drained

1 cup McCann’s® Quick Cooking Rolled Irish Oats

3 tablespoons Maple Grove Farms Maple Syrup

1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Nutmeg

Optional toppings: sliced almonds or chopped walnuts, assorted fresh and/or dried fruits, coconut flakes, chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

Add milk and Green Giant® Riced Veggies – Cauliflower to medium saucepan and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and stir in McCann’s® Quick Cooking Rolled Irish Oats, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Simmer 1 minute, remove from heat and let stand until desired thickness.

Serve with toppings.
