Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 (12 oz.) package Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower & Broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce, divided
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 slices mozzarella cheese
- 2 (12 oz.) packages Green Giant® Veggie Spirals® Zucchini, cooked according to package directions, drained and kept warm
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine beef, Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower & Broccoli, egg, onion, garlic, oats, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire and salt. Form into 8 ovals. Arrange on baking sheet
- Combine remaining tomato sauce, Worcestershire and brown sugar. Brush loaves with half of sauce mixture. Bake 20 minutes then brush with remaining sauce mixture. Bake 20 minutes or until done.
- Cut cheese into 8 thin strips, about 2 inches long and 24 thin strips about 1 inch long. Arrange cheese strips like laces on meatloaves. Arrange Green Giant® Veggie Spirals® Zucchini on serving platter and place mini meatloaves on Zucchini Spirals.
