Graveyard Riced Veggie Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (12-ounce) package Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower & Broccoli or Riced Broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Assorted garnishes for decorating

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° Combine all ingredients except ¼ cup shredded cheddar in shallow 1-1/2 quart baking dish.
  2. Bake 15 minutes; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
  3. Decorate top to look like a graveyard. See suggestions below.
