Fully Loaded Burger Recipe

These tasty little snacks are a tried and true way to get kids to eat their veggies!

INGREDIENTS

1 pkg. Green Giant® Veggie Rings® Cauliflower Three Cheese with Bacon

1 1/2 pounds ground beef

1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper

4 slices American cheese

4 good-quality hamburger buns

2 Tbsp. butter, softened

1 large tomato, sliced

leaf lettuce

dill pickles

ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, for serving

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 425°

Arrange Veggie Rings in a single layer on a large baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crisp.

In a medium bowl, gently mix the ground beef with Worcestershire, salt, garlic powder and pepper.

Form mixture into 4 patties.

Cook burgers on a preheated medium-high grill or in a skillet on the stovetop over medium high heat, flipping once and cooking until burgers are done to taste.

In final minute of cooking add cheese slices.

Spread cut-side of each bun with butter and place under broiler or on grill until lightly toasted, about 2 minutes.

To serve, top toasted buns with burger and cheese followed by 3-4 Veggie Rings, then add additional toppings as desired (tomato slices, lettuce, pickles, ketchup, mustard, mayo)
