Ingredients

- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 Package Green Giant Nibblers Corn On The Cob
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 limes, zested and juiced
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- A dash of cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup Cotija cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Directions
- Heat grill pan over medium-high heat, brush with olive oil.
- Place Nibblers on grill pan, rotate to cook evenly, allowing a bit of char on each side.
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, lime zest, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Fold together to combine.
- Spoon this mixture over the warm Nibblers.
- Garnish with Cotija cheese, cilantro, and lime juice.
