Easy Shrimp & Spirals Skillet Dinner

  1. Place spirals in a non-stick skillet over medium low heat. Cover and cook for 6 minutes.

  2. Stir, cover and cook for another 7-12 minutes until the zucchini block thaws and separates.

  3. Remove lid, add shrimp and cook for another 4-5 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through.

  4. Stir in lemon zest and parmesan. Add freshly ground pepper to taste.

  5. Serve with lemon wedges and additional parmesan.
