Easy Shrimp & Spirals Skillet Dinner Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 pkg Green Giant® Veggie Spiral Skillets Garlic Basil
1/2 pound (8 oz.) frozen shrimp, thawed
1 small lemon, zested and cut into wedges
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
freshly ground pepper
additional parmesan, for serving.

DIRECTIONS

Place spirals in a non-stick skillet over medium low heat. Cover and cook for 6 minutes.
Stir, cover and cook for another 7-12 minutes until the zucchini block thaws and separates.
Remove lid, add shrimp and cook for another 4-5 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Stir in lemon zest and parmesan. Add freshly ground pepper to taste.
Serve with lemon wedges and additional parmesan.
