Cheeseburger & Cauliflower Veggie Tots Bowls Recipe

These bun-less burger bowls is a great solution to get your cheeseburger fix any time of the year

1 lb. ground beef

1/3 cup ketchup

2 Tbsp. mustard

1/4 cup B&G pickle relish

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1 package Green Giant® Veggie Tots® Cauliflower, Cheese & Bacon, cooked according to package directions

2 cups shredded lettuce

2 cups chopped tomato

1/2 cup chopped red onion (optional)

4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)


Brown ground beef in large nonstick skillet; drain.

Add ketchup, mustard and relish and simmer 2 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese.

Divide ground beef mixture, Green Giant® Veggie Tots® Cauliflower Cheese & Bacon, lettuce and tomato among 4 bowls. Top with red onion, crumbled bacon and remaining cheese. Drizzle with ketchup if desired.
