Ingredients

- 1 pkg. Green Giant® Veggie Spirals® Zucchini
- 1/4 cup prepared balsamic vinaigrette
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup small mozzarella balls (cilegene), halved
- For serving:
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
Directions
- Open Veggie Spirals and add to a preheated nonstick skillet.
- Cover and cook over medium high heat for 10-11 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and place in a colander.
- Rinse under cold water until Veggie Spirals are chilled and then drain any excess water.
- Add Veggie Spirals to a serving bowl and toss with balsamic vinaigrette.
- Gently stir in tomatoes and mozzarella.
- Divide between 2 plates and top with basil and parmesan.
