Directions

  1. Open Veggie Spirals and add to a preheated nonstick skillet.

  2. Cover and cook over medium high heat for 10-11 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Remove from heat and place in a colander.

  4. Rinse under cold water until Veggie Spirals are chilled and then drain any excess water.

  5. Add Veggie Spirals to a serving bowl and toss with balsamic vinaigrette.

  6. Gently stir in tomatoes and mozzarella.

  7. Divide between 2 plates and top with basil and parmesan.
