Basil Parmesan Spaghetti Squash Recipe

A fan favorite way to enjoy spaghetti squash that your family will also adore!

INGREDIENTS

1 pkg. Green Giant® Veggie Spirals® Spaghetti Squash

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, chopped

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil

2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Cook Green Giant® Veggie Spirals® Spaghetti Squash according to package directions; drain.

Meanwhile heat olive oil over low heat in nonstick skillet and cook garlic 2 minutes.

Add Spaghetti Squash, Parmesan cheese, basil and pine nuts. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
