Bacon, Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Start your morning off right with this tasty breakfast sandwich. Adding Veggie Rings will make the sandwich you crave even more delicious!

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange Green Giant® Veggie Rings® Cauliflower Three Cheese with Bacon on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes or until golden.

  2. Meanwhile, beat eggs with half and half. Melt butter in medium non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add eggs and cook until desired doneness, stirring occasionally.
  3. Place one slice of cheese on bottom of each bun, top with eggs, avocado and Veggie Rings. Serve with Sriracha, if desired, and additional Veggie Rings.
