Asian Sesame Veggie Spirals with Seared Tuna

Ingredients

  • 6 oz tuna steak
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Sear the tuna steak on a high heat grill, 2 minutes per side.
  2. Cook Veggie Spirals according to package instructions.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Add in cooked Veggie Spirals and coat well.
  5. Top with sliced tuna and sesame seeds.
