Air Fried Crispy Prosciutto Zucchini Tots Recipe

Perfect as an elegant appetizer or serve with eggs at brunch!

1 (12-ounce) package Green Giant® Parmesan Cheese Zucchini Tots
1 (3 or 4-ounce) package prosciutto
Dipping sauce:

1/2 cup Victoria® Marinara Sauce
1/2 – 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon honey  


Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Arrange Zucchini Tots in a single layer in the bottom of air fryer and spray lightly with oil. Air fry for 13-17 minutes until golden and crisp. Alternately, preheat oven to 450°F and bake tots for 17-20 minutes until golden and crisp.
Meanwhile, separate prosciutto pieces and cut each piece widthwise into 1-inch strips, you should get about 3-4 wide strips per piece.
Let Zucchini Tots cool until handleable then wrap each tot in a strip of prosciutto and secure with a toothpick.
Air fry at 400°F for another 5 minutes, until prosciutto is crispy. Alternately, bake at 450°F for 7-10 minutes.
Make dipping sauce: Whisk together marinara, red pepper flakes, lemon zest and honey in a small bowl.
Serve Prosciutto Zucchini Tots warm with dipping sauce.
