Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups almond or your favorite milk
  • 1 package Green Giant® Veggie Spirals® Zucchini, thawed and drained well
  • 1 cup McCann’s® Quick Cooking Rolled Irish Oats
  • 3 tablespoons Maple Grove® Farms Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Nutmeg
  • Optional toppings: sliced almonds or chopped walnuts, assorted fresh and/or dried fruits

Directions

  1. Add milk and Green Giant® Veggie Spirals® Zucchini to medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Stir in McCann’s® Quick Cooking Rolled Irish Oats, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. Simmer 1 minute, remove from heat and let stand until desired thickness.
  4. Serve with toppings.
