  1. Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook onion 3 minutes or until softened. Add corned beef, green pepper and garlic and cook 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in Riced Veggies and mustard and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until hot. Serve eggs over hash.
