1 pkg. Green Giant® Veggie Spirals® Sweet Potato ‘Rotini’, thawed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Garlic Powder, divided
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Chipotle Chile
4 salmon fillets (about 4 to 6 oz. each)
2 tablespoons Maple Grove Farms® 100% Pure Maple Syrup
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss Green Giant® Veggie Spirals® Sweet Potato ‘Rotini’ with olive oil, ½ teaspoon Spice Islands® Garlic Powder and Spice Islands® Ground Chipotle Chile. Season with salt if desired. Arrange on baking sheet in single layer. Bake 10 minutes.
Stir Sweet Potato ‘Rotini’ and move to one side of baking sheet. Arrange salmon on the other side of baking sheet.
Combine Maple Grove Farms® 100% Pure Maple Syrup and mustard and spread over salmon.
Bake 10 minutes or until salmon is desired doneness.
