  1. Prepare the corn on the cob according to the package directions.
  2. When done, place on a platter or sheet pan to cool.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13-inch pan with nonstick spray.
  4. Once cool enough to handle, cut the corn kernels from the cob and place them in a large bowl.
  5. In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs and pepper. Pour into the bowl of corn.
  6. Then add the cheese, stuffing mixes and melted butter to the bowl and stir until well blended.
  7. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  8. Cover and bake for 40-50 minutes or until set.
