Party-Sized Cauliflower and Green Bean Casserole Recipe

This classic holiday favorite gets a nourishing makeover!

INGREDIENTS

1 (20 oz.) Green Giant® Original Mashed Cauliflower
8 cups steamed green beans, or 4 (14 ½ oz.) cans green beans, drained
1 cup whole milk
1 cup half & half
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 2/3 cup crispy fried onions, divided

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 °F. Spray a 3 ½ – 4 quart casserole with cooking spray.
Prepare Green Giant ® Mashed Cauliflower: Original as directed on pack.
Steam beans, if using fresh.
Remove Mashed Cauliflower from package and spoon into a large bowl. Add milk, half & half, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, thyme and cayenne and stir well.
Stir in beans and 1 1/3 cup crispy fried onions.
Spoon into prepared casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and remaining 1 1/3 cup crispy fried onions.
Bake for another 5 minutes.
