Cauliflower and Green Bean Casserole

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F. Spray a 1 ½ – 2 quart casserole with cooking spray.

  2. Prepare Original Mashed Cauliflower as directed on pack.

  3. Steam beans, if using fresh.

  4. Remove Mashed Cauliflower from package and spoon into a large bowl. Add milk, half & half, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, thyme and cayenne and stir well.

  5. Stir in beans and 2/3 cup crispy fried onions.

  6. Spoon into prepared casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes.

  7. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and remaining 2/3 cup crispy fried onions.

  8. Bake for another 5 minutes.
