Cauliflower and Green Bean Casserole
Ditch the canned soup for the added nutrition and flavor of mashed cauliflower!

Preheat oven to 350 °F. Spray a 1 ½ – 2 quart casserole with cooking spray.
Prepare Original Mashed Cauliflower as directed on pack.
Steam beans, if using fresh.
Remove Mashed Cauliflower from package and spoon into a large bowl. Add milk, half & half, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, thyme and cayenne and stir well.
Stir in beans and 2/3 cup crispy fried onions.
Spoon into prepared casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and remaining 2/3 cup crispy fried onions.
Bake for another 5 minutes.
