One Pot Broccoli Mac & Cheese Recipe

Seriously, only one pot! No draining, no straining, just the creamy deliciousness of three cheeses and nutritious broccoli!

8 ounces elbow macaroni noodles
1 ½ cups water
1 cup milk
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
2 oz cream cheese
1 package Green Giant® Simply Steam™ Broccoli & Cheese Sauce


Combine uncooked macaroni, water, milk and salt in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until noodles are al dente, about 7 minutes.
While pasta is cooking, cook Broccoli & Cheese Sauce in the microwave according to pack directions, 7-9 minutes.
When noodles are al dente, do not drain any liquid from pan. Add pepper and cream cheese and stir until cream cheese has melted. Slowly add shredded cheese, stirring until melted.
Add Broccoli & Cheese sauce, squeezing as much sauce from the bag as possible. (Note: use kitchen shears to cut any big pieces of broccoli.)
If macaroni and cheese is too thick, stir in a little more milk, heat and serve!
