1 (12 oz.) package Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower
1/2 cup Ortega® Homestyle Medium Salsa
1/2 cup Green Giant® Mexicorn, drained
1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Cumin Seed
1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Oregano
1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands® Garlic Powder
Heat olive oil over medium heat in large nonstick skillet.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture is hot.
