Loaded Baked Potato Fries

If ”everything” is what you like on your fries, then this recipe is for you!

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450° Lightly coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.

  2. Spread Veggie Fries on prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.

  3. Remove baking sheet from oven and use a spatula to flip the fries over.

  4. Bake for another 8-10 minutes, until crispy.

  5. Remove from oven and add to a heatproof serving platter.

  6. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon and place back in the oven for 2-3 minutes until cheese has melted.

  7. Meanwhile, combine sour cream and ranch dressing mix in a small bowl.

  8. To serve, top Veggie Fries with green onions and ranch sour cream.
