25 jumbo pasta shells
1 (9-ounce) package Green Giant® Simply Steam™ Chopped Spinach
1 (14-ounce) package Green Giant® Garlic Basil Veggie Spiral Skillets
1 (15-ounce) container ricotta cheese
2 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese, divided
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 (24-ounce) jar Victoria® Tomato Basil Sauce
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil, for serving (optional)
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13×9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Boil shells in a large pot of salted water according to directions on pack.
Microwave Chopped Spinach according to pack instructions.
Cool spinach and place in a clean dish towel over a colander. Twist top of towel and squeeze as much liquid as possible from the spinach. Set aside.
Place unopened bag of Garlic Basil Veggie Spirals upright in a microwave and cook on high for 7 minutes. Let sit for 1 minute.
Pour Veggie Spirals into a bowl and stir to combine.
In a medium bowl combine ricotta, drained spinach, 1 cup mozzarella, ½ cup parmesan, egg, salt and pepper.
Stir in Veggie Spirals.
Add 1 1/2 cups Victoria sauce to bottom of prepared pan.
Fill each shell with about 2 Tbsp of ricotta/Veggie Spiral filling and arrange on top of sauce.
Top with remaining Victoria sauce and sprinkle with remaining 1½ cups mozzarella and 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes.
Top with chopped basil, if using, and serve.
