Dino Tots with Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

Individual dips are a fun and nutritious way for kids (and adults!) to play with their food.

INGREDIENTS

1 (8oz) package light cream cheese, room temperature

1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt

1/4 cup mayonnaise, regular or light

1 tsp. garlic powder

½ tsp. salt

½ tsp. freshly ground pepper

1/2 cup grated parmesan, plus more for sprinkling

3/4 cup (3 oz) shredded part-skim mozzarella

1 (10-ounce) package Green Giant Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed and squeezed dry

1 (12 to 14-ounce) jar or can quartered artichoke hearts, roughly chopped

1 (10-ounce) package Green Giant® Dino Veggie Tots® – Cauliflower

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray four 1-cup ramekins or a 1-quart casserole with cooking spray.

Combine cream cheese, yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until fluffy, about 2 minutes.

Stir in parmesan, mozzarella, spinach, and artichoke hearts and put in greased casserole(s). Sprinkle a little extra grated parmesan and bake for 20-25 minutes.

While dip is baking, air fry Dino Tots according to pack directions.

Serve Dino Tots and dip warm.
