This kid-friendly dish is loaded with sweet corn and cheese for the corniest side at the Thanksgiving table.
3 cans (15.25 oz) Green Giant® Whole Kernel Sweet Corn, drained
1 box elbow pasta
2 cups milk
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Boil pasta for 8 minutes. Drain pasta from water and return to pan.
Add milk and butter to noodles and bring to simmer.
Toss in Green Giant® Whole Kernel Sweet Corn with the cornstarch. Add to simmering pot.
Once pasta comes back to a simmer, turn off burner and add cheese along with salt and pepper. Mix well and serve.
