1 package Green Giant® Veggie Fries® Zucchini Garlic and Parmesan
1 pound ground chicken or turkey
1 package Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower, thawed
1 jar Victoria® Marinara Sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh basil (optional)
Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Arrange Green Giant® Veggie Fries® Zucchini Garlic and Parmesan on baking sheet. Bake 18 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook ground chicken and Green Giant® Riced Veggies Cauliflower in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat, 8 minutes, stirring occasionally to break up chicken, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Add Marinara Sauce and cook 2 minutes or until heated through. Stir in ½ cup mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Spoon chicken mixture into 1-quart baking dish. Evenly top with ¼ cup mozzarella, cooked Veggie Fries and remaining ¼ cup mozzarella.
Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is just melted. Garnish with fresh basil.
