Ingredients

- 1 – 10 oz. pkg. Green Giant® Simply Steam® Sauced Veggies Cheesy Rice & Broccoli
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- ¼ C. parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- ½ tsp. Spice Islands® Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 1 Tbsp. water
Directions
- Prepare the broccoli as directed on the package.
- While broccoli is cooking, in a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, one egg, garlic powder and pepper. Mix well.
- When the broccoli is done, add it to the cream cheese mixture and stir until thoroughly incorporated; set aside.
- Preheat oven to 400°F and spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick spray; set aside.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry until it is a 10-11” square. Cut into 12 pieces.
- Gently press the pieces into the muffin tin, forming a cup.
- Divide the filling among the cups.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining egg and the tablespoon of water.
- Brush the tops and edges of the puff pastry cups with the egg mixture.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until puffed and golden.
- Great served warm or room temperature.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
