Ingredients

  • 1 (14-ounce) package Green Giant® Veggie Tots®
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (16-ounce) jar Ortega Salsa, divided
  • 1 cup black beans, drained
  • 2 cups Mexican blend cheese
  • Toppings of your choice:
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3-4 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1-2 jalapeños, seeded and sliced
  • 1 avocado, peeled and sliced or mashed
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • fresh lime wedges

Directions

  1. Bake or Air-Fry Veggie Tots according to pack instructions.
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Brown ground beef in large skillet and drain. Stir in 1 cup of the salsa and black beans cook for 3 minutes or until heated through.
  4. Arrange cooked Veggie Tots on baking sheet and top with ground beef and shredded cheese.
  5. Bake for 6- 8 minutes until cheese has melted.
  6. Serve with remaining salsa and toppings of your choice.
