Ingredients

- 1 (14-ounce) package Green Giant® Veggie Tots®
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (16-ounce) jar Ortega Salsa, divided
- 1 cup black beans, drained
- 2 cups Mexican blend cheese
- Toppings of your choice:
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3-4 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1-2 jalapeños, seeded and sliced
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced or mashed
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- fresh lime wedges
Directions
- Bake or Air-Fry Veggie Tots according to pack instructions.
- Preheat oven to 425°F and spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Brown ground beef in large skillet and drain. Stir in 1 cup of the salsa and black beans cook for 3 minutes or until heated through.
- Arrange cooked Veggie Tots on baking sheet and top with ground beef and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 6- 8 minutes until cheese has melted.
- Serve with remaining salsa and toppings of your choice.
