Easy lunch you can put together in a flash. Add more lettuce to the base to change this wrap into a salad.

INGREDIENTS

4 8-inch Ortega tortillas or wraps

1/2 cup prepared hummus

1 package Green Giant® Marinated Veggies, cooked according to package directions

1 cup arugula or baby spinach

DIRECTIONS

Spread 2 tablespoons hummus over each wrap. Top with Green Giant® Marinated Veggie Trio then arugula. Roll up and serve.
