Nacho Veggie Fries with Chipotle Ranch and Queso

Ingredients

  • 1 package Green Giant® Veggie Fries® Zucchini Garlic & Parmesan
  • 2 tsp. taco seasoning
  • Queso Dipping Sauce
  • 8 ounces Velveeta processed cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) can fire-roasted green chiles, undrained
  • Chipotle Ranch Dipping Sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. adobo sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Arrange Veggie Fries in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes at 400°F until golden and crisp.
  2. Remove fries from air fryer basket and place in a large bowl. Sprinkle with taco seasoning and toss to coat.
  3. While Veggie Fries are cooking make dipping sauces.
  4. Queso: combine Velveeta and green chiles in a small saucepan. Cook over medium heat until cheese is melted and smooth, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes. Alternately, combine ingredients in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes, stir and microwave for another minute until melted and smooth.
  5. Chipotle Ranch: combine ranch dressing with chopped chipotle and 1 Tbsp. adobo sauce in a small bowl and stir to combine.
  6. Serve warm Veggie Fries with dipping sauces.
