One-pan perfection with this savory and cheesy skillet recipe.
1-1/4 pounds ground beef
3/4 cup barbecue sauce
1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes, drained
1 can Green Giant® Steam Crisp Mexicorn, drained
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 package Green Giant® Veggie Tots® Cauliflower, Cheese and Bacon cooked according to package directions
2 green onions, chopped (optional)
Preheat oven to 450°F and cook Veggie Tots according to package directions
Reduce oven to 425°F. Brown ground beef in large ovenproof skillet; drain. Stir in barbecue sauce, tomatoes and Green Giant corn and simmer 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese then arrange Green Giant® Veggie Tots® Cauliflower, Cheese & Bacon evenly over mixture.
Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with green onions.
