Cauliflower Gnocchi with Easy Bolognese Sauce

We love that this quick Bolognese recipe uses only 5 ingredients and is on the table in just about 20 minutes. And we’ve lightened up this hearty Bolognese by adding mushrooms to the ground beef to help you get even more veggies into your dinner.

  1. Cook ground beef and mushrooms in nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 minutes or until beef is browned.
  2. Stir in marinara sauce bring to a boil; simmer 3 minutes. Stir in heavy cream.
  3. Meanwhile, cook Green Giant® Cauliflower Gnocchi Original according to package directions; drain well.
  4. Immediately add Gnocchi to skillet and cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
