Arugula Caprese on a Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Delicious, homemade pizza using fresh ingredients and melty mozzarella.

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place Green Giant™ Cauliflower Pizza Crust on baking sheet and bake 15 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven and spread pizza sauce evenly over crust then arrange cheese over sauce.
  3. Bake 6 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  4. Toss arugula and tomato with balsamic vinegar. Remove pizza from oven and top with arugula mixture and shaved Parmesan.
